Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and nights. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $9.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Security Guard Licence, First Aid Certificate.

Work Setting: Bar, Apartment/condominium complex

Type of Assignments: Fixed post, Foot patrol

Specific Skills: Enforce regulations of establishments, Check age identification of patrons, Maintain order, Perform security checks of passengers and luggage, Deliver cash and valuables, Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures, Monitor security television, Operate security control room equipment, Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed, Attend to persons with special needs, Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism, Write reports, Appear in court as witness
