Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, completed high school, some college or technical training, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Receive payments, Issue receipts and other forms, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods, Walking

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Other Information: Experienced customer service clerk with sewing knowledge. Job duties include working with POS system, pinning, and basic alterations. Training will be provided in customer service and production.
