Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate.

Specific Skills: Prepare, cook and serve meals, Launder clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning, Provide personal care, Provide companionship, Administer bedside and personal care, Feed or assist in feeding, Change non-sterile dressings, Administer medications, Collect specimens, Assist clients to walk, Aid clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Medical exam

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Critical thinking

Other Information: Looking for reliable,caring person who enjoys working with seniors. Training may be provided, although preference given to those with an approved healthcare course. Health and Dental plan available.
