Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: is an asset.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Area of Specialization: Social policy and program administration

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Oversee the preparation of reports, Advise senior management, Plan, develop and implement communications strategies

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation, Willing to travel regularly, Travel expenses paid by employer

Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Seeking an individual,committed to the vision,values and philosophy of inclusion.Lead,manage and coordinate a Social Inclusion Program and Disability Support Program Independent Facilitation services.

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French, read French, write French.
