Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Lawn care, Tree service, Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Sod cutter, Backhoe, Tractor, Front-end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Train workers, Requisition supplies and materials, Maintain performance records, Prepare production reports, Repair and maintain equipment

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people

Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
