Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
