Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Not-for-profit organization

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Spreadsheet software, Database software

Typing (Words Per Minute): 41 - 60 wpm

Data Entry (Strokes Per Hour): 10,001 - 12,000 sph

Specific Skills: Receive and register documents for data, Enter data according to specified format, Transfer data between software, Verify accuracy and completeness of data, Update and maintain databases, Perform general office duties

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
