Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Dispatch management service software, Internet browser

Work Setting: Transportation

Type of service experience: Delivery, Trucking

Dispatcher Specific Skills: Process and transmit information and instructions, Act as liaison between customers and drivers, Keep track of shipments, Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Other Information: Only experienced dispatchers will be interviewed. Shift runs Sun - Thurs, off on Fri & Sat. Weekly payroll, benefits avail, long term, national transportation company. Must be flexible, knowledgeable
