Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Type of Construction: Residential, Water mains, Driveways, Sidewalks and curbs, Roads and bridges

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Continuous learning
