Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $25,000.00 per year for a 37 hour week.
Also: medical, dental, vision, group insurance, life insurance, RRSP benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Accounting software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for maintenance and security services, Assemble data, Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks
