Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification, Traffic Control Signage (TWS) Certification.

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Specific Skills: Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations
