Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: commission, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, completed high school.

Experience: Hospitality Network Canada will provide training..

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Spreadsheet software, Database software, Data entry, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet browser

Type of Experience: Sales and marketing

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Process telephone calls

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Continuous learning

Other Information: Position involves the delivery of Patient Television Services Permanent Part-time, 2:30PM - 8:30PM, 3 days per week including weekends and weekdays. Some lifting required. All training provided.
