Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 37 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Investigate complaints, Access and process information

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
