Terms: This is a casual, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Petroleum, natural gas processing company

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Feed and unload production machinery and equipment, Move, sort and pile materials and products, Assist in operation, repair and maintenance, Perform general labouring duties

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Noisy, Hot, Cold/refrigerated

Other Information: You must be familiar with the oil refining process, as well be flexible to work longer shifts (12 hours) and overtime. Shifts depend on crude shipments, so they may vary.
