Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $8.50 to $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Serve food and beverages, formal or French service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers

Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware, Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available
